Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga, but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region About the Opportunity Kurrajong is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Community Support Workers to join our Supported Living teams in Deniliquin. These opportunities are casual and can work across a 24/7 roster, including overnight sleepover and active shifts in our group homes. As a Community Support Worker , you will be responsible for providing a quality service to meet the individual needs of our clients. This includes: Contributing to create an environment that empowers people with disabilities. Providing support to people with disability to look after themselves while enhancing their independence and self-determination. Supporting the integration of people with disabilities in the community. Championing a safe workplace by eliminating or minimising risk to the health and safety of yourself and those around you. Importantly, you must demonstrate a real desire to work with people living with disability and have a sound understanding of how to best assist them to live a life of their choice.
